简介：
身体结实的而且扁平的; 吻突出的; 嘴大的; 眼中等的大小;(5.8 到 8.5 倍头长) 头部的碟颗粒状的; 藉由延伸至在眼窝之间的空间的条纹; 颌齿小的, 在宽的地带中的组; 上颚有四个绒毛状齿的碟, 侧面的一些存在比较大的﹐三角形的, 而且延伸向后; 第一个的低分支鳃弓有 7 到 10个鳃耙。
